Each case goes to one clinic at a time. If your clinic can’t take it or doesn’t reply within one business day, it goes to another approved partner.
What we ask of your clinic
We give priority to surgeons with verifiable plastic surgery certification in their country, procedures performed in accredited or licensed facilities, and a written recovery plan. For post-weight-loss and combined procedures, patients also want to understand staging, so it helps if you explain how you decide what to combine.
What you receive with each case
- Contact details, with the patient’s permission to share them.
- Procedure, dates and budget, confirmed by our team.
- Available records: photos of the treatment area, medical history and current medications.
- Preferred language and channel for your first message.
What we don’t do: we don’t give medical advice, negotiate prices on your behalf or promise patients any outcome.

No cost while we build the network
If we send you a case during our launch period, you pay nothing for it. That way you can judge the quality of our referrals before any commitment.
Later on, partnership will become a paid marketing service. You’ll see the terms in writing and decide whether to continue before any charge. Medical fees always stay between your clinic and the patient.

Do you publish my practice’s before-and-after photos?
Not as part of the referral. If a patient asks for photos, your practice shares them directly, with the consents that apply.
How much does it cost to join?

Do you guarantee a number of patients?
No. We send cases when they come in and fit your specialty and location. Be wary of anyone who promises volume.
Who collects payment from the patient?
You do. Your clinic evaluates the patient, sets the price and collects payment directly. We’re never involved in the medical payment.
